Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning (2021) HD

Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning (Japanese: るろうに剣心 最終章 The Beginning, Hepburn: Rurouni Kenshin: Saishūshō – Za Biginingu) is a 2021 Japanese live-action film directed by Keishi Ōtomo. It is the fifth and final installment in the Rurouni Kenshin film series based on Nobuhiro Watsuki's manga of the same name, and was produced alongside Rurouni Kenshin: The Final. The narrative of the film approximates the plot of the manga's Tsuiokuhen (追憶編, "Recollections / Reminiscence") arc, earlier adapted into the 1999 OVA Trust & Betrayal.,

The film is a prequel to the other Rurouni Kenshin films (Rurouni Kenshin, Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno, Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends, and Rurouni Kenshin: The Final) and depicts how Himura Kenshin received his cross-shaped scar.[2] It focuses on Kenshin's past as the assassin Hitokiri Battōsai during the final years of the Bakumatsu and also explores his relationship with a woman named Yukishiro Tomoe played by Kasumi Arimura.

SINOPSIS RUROUNI KENSHIN : THE BEGINNING

During the Bakumatsu in Kyoto, and a carnage of killings, Himura Kenshin, also called Hitokiri Battosai is a political assassin, who is part of the revolution that is poised to overthrow the Tokugawa shogunate and which eventually leads to the Meiji Restoration. He joins the Chōshū clan and soon works for their leader, Katsura Kogorō, as an assassin alongside Iizuka, the examiner of executions.

During one of the assassinations, a member of the Kyoto watch refuses to die, which results in Himura receiving a cut on his face. In contrast to the cold demeanor with which he kills the person, as he walks away, Himura is clearly disturbed. It is Katsura who later notices that Himura has a scar on his face, and from his response, that despite having killed 100 people Himura is still uncomfortable with killing people. Katsura recalls the day Himura was recruited. Himura had stated that he had not killed anyone at that time but that he could kill provided that the new age they believe in could bring about a peace of mind to all. Katsura realises that Himura is still pure at heart which is why the killings still make him uneasy.

One evening, as Himura is out having a drink on his own, he steps in to intervene with supposed members of the revolution who demand to be treated as heroes by a woman named Yukishiro Tomoe who had come in to drink alone. After leaving the establishment, Himura is attacked by an unknown assassin but manages to slay him. In the aftermath, Himura finds a shocked Tomoe watching him, drenched in the blood of the assassin he has just killed, and takes her back to his hideout, an inn for Choshu revolutionaries. The next morning, Tomoe decides to stay and work at the inn, seemingly grateful that Himura had protected and looked after her, and he is unable to persuade her to leave. He is stunned particularly when she questions and twists his philosophy on who he chooses to kill.

Despite their silent nature, Himura and Tomoe seem to bond. Although remaining elusive, Himura accepts and co-exists with her as she serves him food during the day reminding him to finish his food, helping him to wash the blood off his hands when he returns from his slaughters, keeping watch over him during the day so that he can sleep. When Katsura is informed of the odd relationship, he visits Tomoe, and asks that whatever she intends, she does not stop Himura from performing his role in the revolution.

During the Ikedaya incident (1864), an armed encounter between the shishi which includes masterless samurai (rōnin) formally employed by the Chōshū and Tosa clans, and the Shinsengumi, the Bakufu's special police force at the Ikedaya Inn in Sanjō-Kawaramachi, Kyoto, Himura rushes to the site to protect the Choshu and rescue Katsura who is believed to be attending a meeting there but is delayed by the Shinsengumi captain Okita Sōji. As reinforcements from both sides arrived, Katsura is said to be safe, Himura and the Choshu are forced to withdraw from the area.

When the Shinsengumi track them down and arrive at their hideout, Himura and Tomoe manage to escape along with the other revolutionaries. Before Katsura also goes into hiding, he arranges for Kenshin and Tomoe to hide in the village of Otsu, outside Kyoto, asking Tomoe to look after Himura and pretend to act as husband and wife so that Himura would not be suspected. After Katsura leaves, Tomoe states that she has no where else to go. Himura doubts her statement but nevertheless asks her to come and live with him for real and not just as an act. Tomoe agrees.

During their time in the village, Himura learns to be a farmer and starts to understand the meaning of peace and happiness which he had never encountered before. One day, when Himura is out, Tomoe's brother, Enishi, comes to meet his sister, revealing both the siblings as spies working for the Yaminobu who are pro-shogunate and have been planning to entrap and kill Battosai this whole time. Tomoe refuses to continue working with them, and asks Enishi to return home to Edo, causing Enishi to run off in anger. When Himura returns, he learns from Tomoe that she was previously engaged to be married, however her fiancee was assassinated before the wedding. She breaks down as she blames herself for allowing her fiancee to leave Edo, who had joined the Kyoto watch for her sake, rationalising that if he had stayed in Edo he would not have been killed. Himura consoles her and tells her that she has done enough and that she should no longer carry the pain. As they bond as husband and wife, Himura promises her that he will find a way to stop killing in the new age and that he will protect her happiness.

The next day, Tomoe meets with the leader of the Yaminobu but realises too late that she was used as a pawn by them to weaken Himura. Despite learning that Tomoe is a spy, Himura goes to the Yaminobu to rescue her. As intended by the Yaminobu, Himura is visibly distressed and distracted as he has also found out that Tomoe's fiancee is the member of the Kyoto Watch he had assassinated. Upon reaching the abandoned temple, at each stage, he is met by a member of the Yaminobu. Despite his emotional state, he is skillful enough to instinctively fight and defend himself. Himura manages to defeat his enemies but each time he is weakened by the explosions that end each fight. The first explosion takes away his hearing by virtue of loud sound it produces. The second explosion takes away his vision due to the use of certain yellow powder it throws up in the surrounding. Upon reaching the leader Tatsumi, Himura has reached his limit and can temporarily neither see nor hear. As Tatsumi is about to defeat Himura, Tomoe intervenes by restraining Tatsumi. Unaware that Tomoe was right in front of him, Himura deals a death blow, killing Tatsumi as well as fatally wounding Tomoe. In her last breath, Tomoe carves another scar on a distraught Himura's cheek with her dagger, thus completing the cross-shaped scar that her fiancee had started, whilst apologizing to him for the pain she has caused.

Shortly after, Katsura visits Himura at the village house to inform him that they found out Izuka was also a spy, and someone who is as skillful as Himura would be going after him. This person would also continue to be used as an assassin for the Choshu to replace Himura. However, he still needs Himura to join them on the battlefield. Himura agrees to continue fighting, as all the killing he has done would have gone to waste if they do not bring in the new age. However, he declares that once the new age arrives, he will never kill again. After Kastura goes off, Himura goes to Tomoe who is lying in wake inside their house. Himura finishes reading Tomoe's diary which explains how she changed from seeking revenge for her fiancee to falling in love with her fiancee's killer and finally resolving to do all she can to preserve him. After having a last meal, he sets fire to his house, cremating Tomoe's body within it.

The film ends with the Battle of Toba–Fushimi (1868) where the Choshu are victorious over their rivals. With the Bakumatsu finished, despite being challenged to a last sword fight by Saito Hajime, Himura abandons his sword as he leaves the battlefield. The narrative tells us that Battosai disappears for the next 10 years on an unknown journey as Japan enters the Meiji era.

Awake (2021) HD

SINOPSIS AWAKE

Former U.S. Army medic and recovering addict, Jill Adams, works as a security guard at a local college where she steals drugs from the research lab to sell. After her shift, she picks up her children, Noah and Matilda, from their grandmother, Doris.

While driving, their car loses power and is hit by another car into a lake. Matilda drowns but is revived by a police officer who reveals that everything that uses electricity is malfunctioning. At the hospital, they learn that the coma patients have awoken. They return home, but Jill, Noah, and Doris are unable to sleep, and Noah says he sees shooting stars which Jill explains are satellites. On her way to work, Jill observes that the whole neighborhood is awake. There, the psychiatrist, Dr. Murphy, explains that people appear to be no longer able to fall asleep. Thus, they will soon suffer from the symptoms of sleep deprivation. The only known exception is an old woman, who they are studying, in the hopes of finding a cure for the condition. Jill remembers that Matilda can also fall asleep, and she rushes home to find her, only to discover that she's at church. The pastor gives a sermon about Matilda being a beacon of hope and people want to sacrifice her. Jill and Noah arrive to get her but Doris does not want to give up Matilda. The people panic and Jill, Matilda and Noah flee to the woods. They rush to a garage to find a car. Jill leaves the two outside while she enters the garage. Jill takes a car after hiding from two men and picks up Noah and Matilda.

They reach a library and Noah finds a map. Noah and Jill use the map to find their destination. While doing so, an escaped prisoner steals their car with Matilda in it. Other prisoners threaten Jill and Noah but they are saved by the man who stole their car, Dodge. They discover plane wreckage and Noah and Dodge look for items they might need. Jill teaches Matilda to drive because she's the only one who has energy to and to prepare her for the possibility of living alone when everyone else has died from sleep deprivation. While driving, they are attacked by people but manage to escape.

They reach the Hub. Dodge offers to stay but Jill gives him the car and tells him to leave. Jill splits up with her children and enters the Hub. She sneaks in disguised as a lab worker to find the other woman who can sleep. She finds her in very ill condition. The woman states she should have been dead months ago. Jill is convinced there is no cure so she begs the woman to raise Matilda. Jill is seen by Murphy and lies about wanting to be there to help. Jill pretends she doesn't know what happened to Brian and asks if there's a cure. Murphy replies that there's a drug that helps brain function but it damages the brain. Jill sees a flare and finds out that Dodge and her children have been found. The army confronts Jill and her children and Matilda tearfully admits she can sleep.

The next day, Matilda asks if she can help and the doctor responds that they need to find out what makes her special. She sees an ape who has been experimented on and sees that she doesn't fall asleep when given anesthetic gas. The doctor says that chimps were the only animals besides humans that can't sleep due to their genetic connection. They test the gas on Matilda and she falls asleep. Jill is handcuffed in a room where she experiences delirium.

Murphy asks Jill why her daughter can sleep. Jill begs Murphy to let Matilda go but she insists that humanity's survival depends on her. Dodge is taken as a guard and is given stimulants. The woman who can sleep goes into cardiac arrest and dies. Jill hallucinates that Noah is threatening to kill her. The real Noah is taken away to see if his brain is different than his sister's.

The soldiers then go insane and begin shooting everyone. Jill goes to rescue her daughter and the two run off together. Noah is hallucinating and cuts a wire, electrocuting himself. Jill and Matilda try resuscitating him using a defibrillator but are unsuccessful. Noah suddenly wakes up the next morning, saying that he was dreaming. Noah tells Jill that she was right about not wanting to go to The Hub and that he knows she loves them and needs her. Matilda realizes the reason that she and Noah could sleep was because they had both temporarily died. They drown Jill in a lake. They resuscitate her and she awakens just as the camera zooms in on her eye and cuts to the credits.

Rurouni Kenshin - Final Chapter Part 1 - The Final (2021) HD

SINOPSIS RUROINI KENSHIN - FINAL CHAPTER PART 1 - THE FINAL

The leader of the Shanghai mafia, Yukishiro Enishi, arrives in Tokyo to search for the former government assassin Himura Kenshin. After briefly fighting the police force at the train station, he allows police officer Saito Hajime to arrest him, revealing in the process he was the man responsible to give weaponry for the late Shishio Makoto. Enishi was later released due to the Shanghai treaty. He and his allies, who all have a grudge with Kenshin, begin their assault on Tokyo. They first fired a cannon at the Akabeko restaurant, resulting in multiple casualties. Kenshin and the police investigate the source of the attack, discovering a note with the written characters jinchū (人誅, lit. "man's judgment"). Later, Enishi sends one of his allies to destroy the Maekawa Dojo, and another one to the Chief of Police' home. After being alerted of the attacks, Sanosuke heads to the Maekawa Dojo whilst Kenshin rushes to check on the Chief of Police. Although Kenshin wins the fight, it is still not clear as to who is behind the attacks. On his way back, Kenshin is confronted by Enishi, identifying himself as the instigator of all the attacks stating that his goal is for Kenshin to suffer the same pain he felt when Kenshin killed his sister, Yukishiro Tomoe.

Kenshin returns to the Kamiya Kasshin Ryu Dojo, revealing to his allies that fifteen years ago when he worked for the Bakufu he married Tomoe, who unbeknownst to him was a spy for the Shogunate. Her original intention was to kill Kenshin to avenge Akira Kiyosato, the one who gave Kenshin his first scar and Tomoe's late fiance. However, the two fell in love, and got married. When the assassins whom she allied with tried to ambush Kenshin, Tomoe sacrificed herself to protect Kenshin, but was accidentally killed by Kenshin himself. Before her last breath, Tomoe held a knife and gave him his other scar, resulting in cross shaped scars he carries.

Oniwabanshu members Shinomori Aoshi and Makimachi Misao arrive in Tokyo to assist Kenshin while also bringing Tomoe's diary which had been left in a temple in Kyoto for safekeeping. Saito, and his police troops were sent on a trap set by Cho Sawagejo, who pretended to be a spy with the new government, but is revealed to be working with the Shanghai mafia. As Kenshin patrols the streets at night, a few hot air balloons were seen at the sky, spreading newspapers with jinchū written on them. Subsequently, Enishi's troops begin bombing various areas of Tokyo. During the attacks, Shinomori is badly wounded trying to shield people from an explosion, while Kenshin fights and defeats one of Enishi's allies, the man responsible for attacking the Akabeko restaurant. Meanwhile, Enishi arrives at the Kamiya Kasshin Dojo via hot air balloon, beating up the dojo students and Sagara Sanosuke, then kidnapping Kamiya Kaoru thereafter.

Kaoru awakens in Enishi's mansion and attempts to escape. Enishi then tries to strangle Kaoru to death, but she reminds him of his sister and the trauma of his sister's death causes him to lose control of his body.

Kenshin prepares to face Enishi and how to redeem himself for Tomoe's death. He heads out after learning of the Shanghai mafia's location and plans, telling Yahiko to look after Sanosuke.

After initially overcoming the Shanghai mafia, who were waiting for him, Kenshin struggles as they continue to recover. He seems close to being overwhelmed, when Misao arrives together with the remaining ninja watchers. More help arrives when Saito comes together with the police and the wounded Sanosuke, all of whom tell Kenshin to leave the fight to them. Kenshin then enters Enishi's mansion where he encounters Wu Heishin and his guards, to whom Enishi has passed over the leadership of the Shanghai mafia. Seta Sojiro appears, initially pretending to be working with the mafia, but decides helps Kenshin instead, as he reveals that he has become a wanderer after losing to Kenshin. Kenshin then leaves Sojiro with the remaining guards and eventually reaches Enishi, beginning their fight.

Enishi initially beats Kenshin, and the former prompts Kenshin to commit suicide for his sister's death and his sins as a former assassin. Kenshin relents, explaining that although he still doesn't know how to atone for his sins, he will stop Enishi for his friends' and Tomoe's sake. The two continue their battle with Kenshin besting Enishi. Kenshin then allows himself to be stabbed by Enishi with Tomoe's knife, finally apologizing for Tomoe's death. Heishin then appears and tries to kill Kenshin with a gun but Kaoru intervenes. Heishin then attacks Kaoru, prompting Enishi to protect Kaoru and beat his former ally to near-death until Kenshin stops him, thanking him for protecting Kaoru.

In the aftermath, Enishi is arrested and breaks down in prison while reading Tomoe's diary sent by Kaoru as he finally understands his sister's final resolve. At the end, Kenshin and Kaoru visit Tomoe's grave to thank her, and left while holding each other's hands.

Kate (2021) HD

SINOPSIS KATE

Kate is an assassin and expert sniper who eliminates targets chosen by her trusted mentor and handler, Varrick. After she was left orphaned as a child, Varrick raised her as a father figure, giving her extensive training in weapons and combat and eventually inducting her into his private team of wetwork specialists.

As the film opens, Kate is in Osaka to kill an officer of a powerful yakuza syndicate, but Kate resists taking the shot because a child has unexpectedly accompanied him. She ultimately shoots the target at Varrick's insistence. While Kate's assignment is a success, this breach of her personal code to not kill in the presence of children leaves her in emotional turmoil. She tells Varrick that she will do one final mission, and then retire so she can start a new life.

Before the final mission, Kate meets a charismatic stranger, Stephen, at her hotel's bar. The pair share a bottle of wine and have sex in her room. Later, while preparing her sniper's nest, she starts getting symptoms of dizziness that cause her to miss the shot. Kate realizes that Stephen poisoned her, and after crashing her car, wakes up in a hospital to learn that she has acute radiation poisoning caused by Polonium-204 and only a day to live. She steals injectable stimulant drugs and a gun and sets out to exact revenge on whoever poisoned her.

Kate tracks down Stephen and his girlfriend, and learns that they were strong-armed into poisoning her by Sato, a yakuza affiliated with the Kijima crime family. Kate finds Sato at a luxury restaurant and kills him along with dozens of armed yakuza. Desperate for information about the reclusive, well-guarded boss Kijima, who she thinks might be behind the poisoning, she kidnaps Ani, Kijima's niece. Kate realizes that Ani is the girl who saw her father die during the Osaka mission.

While Kate initially only wants to use Ani as bait to lure Kijima out into the open, she decides to become her protector upon learning that Ani's family wants to kill her as part of an internal power struggle, led by Kijima's corrupt advisor, Renji. Kate uncovers more clues about the Osaka mission and realizes that her trust in Varrick may be misplaced after tracking down Kijima, who reveals that Renji made a deal with Varrick to incorporate his team into the syndicate in exchange for killing Kijima and all of his blood relatives.

Meanwhile, Ani learns of Kate's involvement in her father's death from Varrick, causing her to shoot Kate in the face when trying to reason with her, and leaves with Varrick. Kijima, aware that Kate is close to death, provides her with a small army of his men to assault Renji's headquarters.

After a fierce gunfight, most of Renji and Varrick's men are killed, and Kijima personally beheads Renji for his betrayal. Kate locates Varrick, who is holding Ani at gunpoint. The two have a fast draw and Varrick is fatally shot in the stomach. Ani then helps Kate walk outside to the roof, where Kate, finally at peace with herself, dies.

Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins (2021) HD

SINOPSIS SNAKE EYES: G.I. JOE ORIGINS

A young boy is orphaned when his father is murdered. Twenty years later, the boy has grown into a talented and deadly martial arts fighter, driven by a desire to avenge his father. To conceal his true identity, he calls himself "Snake Eyes", a name inspired when his father's murderer forced him to roll a pair of weighted dice to determine his fate, killing him when he rolled double ones.

Wealthy Yakuza boss Kenta Takamura discovers Snake Eyes in an underground fighting circuit located in Los Angeles. Kenta, offers to find his father's killer if Snake Eyes will work for him. When Snake Eyes is asked to prove his loyalty by shooting a man who betrayed Kenta's trust, Snake Eyes refuses and instead helps the traitor escape. The traitor is Kenta’s cousin, Tommy. Tommy and Kenta were both in line to lead the Arashikage clan, an ancient ninja society devoted to preserving order and fighting evil. Kenta sought to kill his cousin, but failed and was banished.

Grateful to Snake Eyes, Tommy takes him to his ninja dojo in Japan and asks that he be initiated as a member. The current clan leader, Sen, Tommy’s grandmother, agrees to let Snake Eyes undergo three trials to determine if he is worthy. The clan's head of security, Akiko, doesn’t trust Snake Eyes at first, but he wins her trust by revealing his father's murder and explains that is why there is no recorded history of him. Unbeknownst to anyone, Snake Eyes plans to betray his new allies. Tommy’s attempted murder and escape is shown to have been staged by Kenta in order to get Snake Eyes close enough to steal the clan's most sacred treasure, the "Jewel of the Sun", which has magical powers.

Snake Eyes finds himself increasingly torn between his guilt over betraying Tommy, the clan, and his overwhelming desire for revenge. He passes the first two trials with his exceptional talents, but the third and final trial requires his spirit to be tested by sacred anacondas, who can sense if he is truly pure of heart. Due to Snake Eyes’ secrets, the snakes attack him, but Akiko saves him from being killed. Confronted by the clan, Snake Eyes admits that he has not been entirely honest, but manages to hide the true reason he is there. As a consequence, he is expelled.

Snake Eyes returns in secret and steals the jewel using his knowledge of the clan's temple, delivering it to Kenta. Kenta explains that he is stealing the jewel on behalf of terrorist revolutionary organization Cobra. Cobra, through their liaison, the Baroness, has been arming Kenta with weapons so that he can seize control of the Arashikage clan. Snake Eyes receives his reward for stealing the jewel: his father’s killer, who turns out to be a Cobra agent. Having realized what his bloodlust has cost him, Snake Eyes spares the man and instead goes back to the Arashikage clan to warn them of Kenta's attack.

Tommy puts aside his anger and lets Snake Eyes assist him and the clan's warriors, including Scarlett, a member of the international peacekeeping organization G.I. Joe, in fighting off Kenta's men. After Kenta admits that he has no intention of handing over the jewel, the Baroness forms a temporary alliance with the Arashikage clan and Scarlett. With his men defeated, Kenta loses the jewel to Tommy, who overwhelmed with fury tries to use its power to kill Kenta. Kenta manages to escape, but Snake Eyes traps him in the anaconda pit, where the snakes devour Kenta upon sensing his evil spirit. The snakes then judge Snake Eyes to now be pure of heart for forgoing his lust for revenge, thus now being worthy of joining the clan.

After the battle, Sen tells Tommy that he is no longer fit to lead the clan as he broke his vow never to use the jewel. Enraged at losing his birthright, Tommy forsakes the clan, his family and vows to kill Snake Eyes if should they ever meet again. Snake Eyes meets with Scarlett who, after explaining that his father was a G.I. Joe agent, offers him a chance to become a Joe.

Rapidly progressing the game by completing the missions via good acts, Guy stands out from the other players and becomes a worldwide sensation as "Blue Shirt Guy".

Guy helps Millie escape from the Stash after her second failed break-in. Millie is bewildered when Guy wants to kiss her, as this function is unavailable in the game. Keys reveals to Millie that Guy is truly an NPC and that his self-awareness came from artificial intelligence code containing Millie's personal preferences that Keys had included in Life Itself, the original game they developed. This led Guy to develop a romantic interest in Millie, while his interactions with other NPCs have led them to develop self-awareness. Keys agrees to help Millie retrieve their code before Free City is wiped from Soonami's servers to make way for Free City 2. When Millie tells Guy the truth of his situation, Guy becomes frustrated with his reality and breaks off their relationship. After talking with Buddy, Guy realizes that there was something more to their reality and returns to Millie.

With Buddy's connections with the security guards they enter the stash again and it turns out the player is a fan of Guy and gives him the evidence. As Guy's continued popularity threatens the launch of Free City 2, Antwan orders a reboot which temporarily removes Guy's memories. Millie restores his sentience by kissing him, and he recalls the location of the island, the only part of Life Itself and proof of Millie and Keys' original code. As Guy and Molotov Girl travel to the island, Antwan has Mouser try to kill them, but his attempts are subverted by Keys who also streams the events. Antwan fires Keys and sends Dude, a muscular, unfinished copy of Guy developed for Free City 2, into the game. Initially overwhelmed, Guy puts his sunglasses on Dude, which distracts him and allows Guy to reach the island. Meanwhile, Antwan destroys the city by smashing the game servers with a fire axe. Before Antwan destroys the final server, Millie offers a deal to abandon her lawsuit and surrender the Free City intellectual property to her and Keys, in exchange for the profits from the game; Antwan accepts and the game's inhabitants are saved.

Without Millie and Keys' code, Free City 2 is a catastrophic failure at launch, while Antwan is vilified by the media and arrested for theft and criminal damage. Keys, Mouser, and Millie release Free Life using their recovered code, including Guy and the other Free City characters. In the game, Guy reveals to Millie that his code is in fact a love letter to her from Keys. Millie leaves the game, and she and Keys share a kiss. Meanwhile, Guy reunites with Dude and Buddy, and they begin to live their own lives.

Black Widow (2021) HD

SINOPSIS BLACK WIDOW

In 1995, super soldier Alexei Shostakov and Black Widow Melina Vostokoff work as Russian undercover agents, posing as a family in Ohio with Natasha Romanoff and Yelena Belova as their daughters. They steal S.H.I.E.L.D. intel and escape to Cuba where their boss, General Dreykov, has Romanoff and Belova taken to the Red Room for training. Years pass, during which Shostakov is imprisoned in Russia while Romanoff defects to S.H.I.E.L.D. after bombing Dreykov's Budapest office and apparently killing him and his young daughter Antonia.

In 2016, Romanoff is a fugitive for violating the Sokovia Accords. She escapes from U.S. Secretary of State Thaddeus Ross and flees to a safehouse in Norway supplied by Rick Mason. Meanwhile, Belova kills a rogue former Black Widow but comes in contact with a synthetic gas that neutralizes the Red Room's chemical mind-control agent. Belova sends antidote vials to Romanoff, hoping she and the Avengers can free the other Widows, and goes into hiding. When Romanoff is unknowingly driving with the vials in her car, Red Room agent Taskmaster attacks her. Romanoff escapes from Taskmaster and realizes that the vials came from Budapest. There she finds Belova who reveals that Dreykov is alive and the Red Room is still active. Black Widows and Taskmaster attack them, but Romanoff and Belova evade them and meet with Mason, who supplies them with a helicopter.

Romanoff and Belova break Shostakov out of prison to learn Dreykov's location, and he directs them to Vostokoff who lives on a farm outside Saint Petersburg. There she is refining the chemical mind control process used on the Widows. Vostokoff alerts Dreykov and his agents arrive to take them, but Romanoff convinces Vostokoff to help them and the pair use face mask technology to switch places. At the Red Room, an aerial facility, Vostokoff frees Shostakov and Belova from their restraints. Dreykov sees through Romanoff's disguise and reveals that Taskmaster is Antonia, who suffered damage severe enough that Dreykov had to put technology in her head. That made her the perfect soldier, capable of mimicking the actions of anyone she sees. Romanoff is unable to attack Dreykov due to a pheromone lock installed in every Widow, but negates that by breaking her own nose and severing a nerve in her nasal passage. Shostakov battles Taskmaster while Vostokoff takes out one of the facility's engines. They then lock Taskmaster in a cell.

Dreykov escapes as other Black Widows attack Romanoff, but Belova exposes them to the antidote. Romanoff copies the locations of other Widows worldwide from Dreykov's computer as the facility begins to explode and fall. She retrieves two surviving antidote vials and frees Taskmaster from the locked cell. Vostokoff and Shostakov escape via a plane while Belova takes out Dreykov's aircraft, killing him. In freefall, Romanoff gives Belova a parachute before battling Taskmaster. After landing, Romanoff uses one antidote vial on Taskmaster and gives the other to Belova along with the locations of the other, still mind-controlled, Widows so she can find and free them. Belova, Vostokoff, and Shostakov say goodbye to Romanoff and leave with Antonia and the freed Widows. Two weeks later, Mason supplies Romanoff with a Quinjet to use in freeing the imprisoned Avengers.

In a post-credits scene set after Romanoff's death, Valentina Allegra de Fontaine blames her death on Clint Barton and assigns him as Belova's next target.

SINOPSIS CINDERELLA

Cinderella is an ambitious young woman who wants to establish her shop "Dresses by Ella". One day in her patriarchal society, she catches the eye of Prince Robert in the guard-changing ceremony. The next day, Robert, dressed as a commoner, goes to the market, where he finds Ella trying to sell her dress. After some playful banter, he buys it for three times the amount she originally asked.

He later invites her to the ball being held two weeks later, with the promise of introducing her to various people from the world to sell her dresses to. When the day arrives, Ella is getting ready when her stepmother, Vivian throws ink on her dress and tells her that only her stepsisters, Malvolia and Narissa, can attend, since Thomas the vegetable merchant has already confirmed his desire for Ella's hand. Ella is sad, but her Fabulous Godmother magically appears and dresses her in a design of Ella's, with glass shoes, and turns mice into footmen and a crate into a carriage.

Ella goes to the ball and meets Tantiana, a visiting queen who offers to take her around the world as a dressmaker for her and asks to meet her the next day in the market square. Later, Robert finds Ella, shows his sister, Princess Gwen wearing the gown he bought from Ella previously and proposes to Ella. Ella refuses, however, as she wants to start her career.

She tells that if she marries him it will be the end of her dream and Robert from his small age wanted to become the king and he also is not ready to accept this. At the stroke of midnight, she leaves the hall after throwing her shoe at one of the King's attendants, who tries to catch her. The next day, Vivian, tells Ella her life story that she was also an ambitious girl like Ella and even had got an opportunity to learn piano in a reputed music school. She left home to study and when she came back home her husband gave her divorce saying that she is not a suitable wife and kicked her and her daughters out.

While she was about leave Ella's room she finds Ella's glass slipper and, on knowing the truth that her stepdaughter is the mystery princess, tries to convince Ella to marry Robert. When Ella refuses, Vivian gives her to Thomas.

When the king entered into the queens's room she does not take any notice of him. To which the queen replies that this is family and love is important. The king says that he loves Robert and she says that he loved him before he became a king and that he is not paying any respect to her and not even accepting her words. She even tells since he became the king he only thought of expanding his kingdom. Robert's mother, Queen Beatrice, helps his father, King Rowan, understand that it will be right to let him marry a commoner. The king thinks of these words and allows the prince to marry his love.

Rowan even gives him the glass slipper. Robert keeps searching for Ella and finds her running in the forest after she escapes from Thomas. They confess their love to each other as Ella and Robert kiss and reach the market in time to show her benefactor her designs, who accepts them and asks Ella to travel with her.

Robert introduces Ella to Rowan and Beatrice and informs them of their decision to travel the world. He knows this will ruin the plan for his future ascension to the throne, but Beatrice smiles as Rowan proudly declares that Gwen (who has repeatedly shown an interest and ability in affairs of state), will now be first in line to the throne. Citizens of the kingdom gather to witness the ceremony announcing the Princess' position and that Robert and Ella are in love.

SYNOPSIS PAW PATROL : THE MOVIE

In Adventure Bay, a truck driver crashes and hangs over the town's suspension bridge. Cap'n Turbot comes across the scene and calls Ryder, who sends the PAW Patrol pups into action. Chase, the police pup, saves the truck driver.

Meanwhile, in nearby Adventure City, the PAW Patrol's archenemy, Mayor Humdinger, had recently been elected mayor (although it was later revealed he was the only candidate on the ballot). Knowing of Humdinger's infamous wrongdoings in Foggy Bottom, a dachshund named Liberty calls the team. Chase says he is not going due to him having a "history" in the city when he was a little puppy, but Ryder convinces him to go back. The team arrives and gets settled into their new headquarters. Meanwhile, Humdinger uses a device called a Cloud Catcher to clear up the weather so he can do his firework show. The show goes haywire and the team is alerted. They rush straight into a traffic jam, but Liberty arrives and guides them to the City Hall. They manage to take care of the situation but Chase fails to save some people who are then rescued by Marshall instead. An infuriated Humdinger tells his henchmen Butch and Ruben to get rid of the PAW Patrol by any means necessary.

A few days later, Humdinger builds an extension to the subway line with several inversions similar to a roller coaster. It breaks and traps the passengers upside-down. The pups rescue them, but Chase freezes when his fear gets the best of him, and is forced to be rescued by Skye. Ryder suggests Chase should take a break from his duties, but this greatly upsets him and causes him to run away after accusing Ryder of breaking his trust and giving up on him when things get hard but he soon gets captured by Humdinger's henchmen. The team discovers that several dogs have gone missing and Ryder links them to Humdinger. Liberty gets captured on purpose and is taken to an obedience school-turned-dog jail where she meets snooty valley girl poodle Delores and rescues Chase and the other dogs who then chase Ruben and Butch.

Ryder takes Chase to where he found him and tells him why he chose him was because he was the bravest dog that he met. Chase's collar is returned to him and he declares that he is back on the case. Meanwhile, the Cloud Catcher has gone critical, and the creator, Kendra Wilson confronts Humdinger. He destroys the remote and reveals his building called Humdinger Heights. The machine unleashes a week's load of bad weather. Kendra calls the team and Liberty is given her own vehicle and uniform, minus her collar and pup-tag, temporarily joining the team. The team drives to Humdinger Heights and forcing them to improvise. Chase managed to save the civilians, Marshall, Rubble, and Rocky worked to keep the civilians inside the building, Zuma and Liberty goes to the canals to save a family, and Skye flies to the air to stop the Cloud Catcher.

Ryder takes the elevator to the top office. Ryder saves Humdinger by forcing him on an elevator and dropping him faster to the ground floor. Ryder resorts to rappel down the elevator shaft, but the storm destroys the tower and he is trapped in the building when it falls down. Chase drives up to save him. Chase sees Ryder's light from the other side of the building. About to run to the other side, his pup pack malfunctions and he barked for it to be removed. Feeling like he can be brave, Chase takes a leap of faith and get to the other side, Chase sees Ryder pinned under the debris. Chase and Ryder work together to get him free. After that, they share a moment and later leave the building, while Skye destroys the Cloud Catcher in a kamikaze style attack. She ejects from her plane before it crashes and flies back down to the city.

After this the skies are clear again and sunny, Ryder and Chase gets out of the building and the pups are relieved to see them safe. Ryder is proud of his team, and the citizens emerged from the building congratulating for a job well done but Mayor Humdinger tried to escape. Chase puts him under arrest for the trouble he has caused to the city (gross negligence, public endangerment, and dognapping). Humdinger said that the pups will never arrest him and cannot arrest him because he's the mayor. He tries to run away as fast as possible, but Skye uses her mini drone to stop him. Mayor Humdinger is angry at the PAW Patrol, having humiliated him five times in one day.

The team is given the key to Adventure City in a major ceremony. Liberty becomes an official member, finally fulfilling her aspirations of doing so. Ryder begins to make a speech, but he is interrupted by a call from Harris, one of the dogs from the dog jail, saying there is trouble at the waterfront, leading the team to drive to the rescue while the theme song plays. Liberty now has her very own collar to go with her outfit as of now.

In the credits, Mayor Humdinger and the Catastrophe Crew are shown to have been apprehended and detained for their crimes throughout the film.
